New, trendy designs for kids room furniture have always been the benchmark coming out of Pfeiffer Lab, the design studio initiated by Eric Pfeiffer as a launching pad for his innovative designs. Using plywood, his penchant for simple; timeless and useful forms is elegant. He believes every piece of modern and contemporary design has to be multi-functional. His experiments with ply led to the co-authoring a book entitled ‘Bent Ply: the Art of Plywood Furniture.’ It didn’t take him long to design the Chalkboard table that brings out the artist in modern kids.

The vinyl base sits atop a support of layers of bent ply and the surface covered with chalkboard with a bowl at the center to hold the little artist’s chalk and erasers.
